About 

 Honor S. Blume, PTI, CPAe, CPACP and Proprietor, opened the doors to the BowMeow Regency® in December 1995 after a long career in the animal industry.

The business started out with just Salon and Lodging services. Over the decades it has grown into the All Inclusive Pet Resort it is today.

The BowMeow Regency® is dedicated to providing a safe and loving environment for your dog or cat. We care deeply about the pets we are entrusted with; your family members become our family members. This, in turn, has allowed the animals that walk through our door to truly bond with our staff.  Many even happily pull their owners to the entrance upon return visits.
